Nosotros, los abajo firmantes hacemos la siguiente peticion para que
Venezuela Reingrese a la Comision Ballenera Internacional (CBI, IWC en ingles), como Miembro de Pleno Derecho con voz y voto.
Esto para que podamos fortalecer el "Bloque Latinoamericano" que es conocido como el bloque conservacionista. Quremos proteger los cetaceos de Venezuela y el Mundo, queremos un mundo mejor. La lucha es hoy, manana y siempre.
