Why can't Trent play basketball at the YMCA?

The YMCA Farha sports center in Wichita KS has told a single mother of a nine-year-old boy that she is not allowed to come back to the YMCA where her son plays basketball. My friend has not been given an explanation as to why she deserves this punishment and Kayla Jasso, Farha center sports director, has been rude, will not return phone calls and called the police and pulled Trent out of the game after it had been going for 45 minutes.
YMCA policy doesn't allow children under nine years of age to be on the premises without a parent with them. If Trent's mom can't be there, he can't play ball.
All his mom wants is an explanation. We are asking people to sign this petition to ask Kayla Jasso to give Trent's mom an explanation for why she has been behaving so horribly unprofessionally and to let Trent play.
Why does a nine-year-old need to be taken out of his ball game by the police with no explanation?
