Board Vote Request - Carolina Orchards HOA Professional Management Company Review

The contract with the current management company, Community Association Management Services (CAMS), expires on July 13, 2022.

Signers of this petition are asking the Carolina Orchards Board of Directors to consider a resolution to not enter into a long-term (more than 12 months) contract with CAMS prior to Pulte turning the community over to the residents. We are asking to be given the opportunity to conduct a resident-majority Board-driven search for a professional management company at the earliest opportunity upon the departure of the Declarant. In this regard, we are asking the current Pulte members of the Board to abstain from the vote regarding the resolution. We understand CAMS will be the management company as long as the Declarant controls the Board, but we request to be given the opportunity to consider other companies at the first opportunity without Pulte influence.
