Stop the disparagement of treatment that is arising with United Airlines Flight Attendant.

this is to stop the policies and discrimination against flight attendants of United Airlines. The company is creating policies and procedures that promote disparaged treatment between other workgroups and flight attendants of United Airlines. We are tired of being treated unequally with other of groups as well as having policies created for different treatment within the subsidiary Continental Flight Attendants and subsidiary United Flight Attendants. Dignity and respect as well as equal work rules are the minimum expectations of working for such a large company.

Have you ever been denied access to a aircraft when you were working on the flight that aircraft was departing to?  Have you ever been told by the  pilots when you first meet them do we to have their crew meal and then talk about safety and sercurity?  Have you ever watched as the agents verify the pilots ID and let them walk on  and closed the door and make you scan your badge?  These are the types of disparaged treatment that continues to climb in our company policies and procedures.  Help stop this discrimination and tell the company as well as our union that we are fed up with this  type treatment.
