NEPAL AGAINST MCC

The ratification of MCC would be disastrous for Nepal. There are number of conflicting provisions embodied under the MCC which have potential to compromise the sovereignty of the country. A provision says that Nepali judicature would not be competent to address the issues associated with the MCC. It means any act or omissions of MCC cannot be judicially reviewed.
