In the wake of our recent and past school shootings I would like to offer up my idea to help protect our children.
While Congress is so busy fighting over gun control and can't figure out who is right or wrong our children's lives continue to be threatened, tortured, and yes taken!
This has to stop!
I have seen military personnel volunteer their time to stand guard but they get turned away.
Our children are getting scared to go to school because it has become who's next game.
It is effecting their education and it will continue to until we step up to the plate as parents and do something about it!
You read all the time about military dogs and how well trained they are to be able detect with their senses guns, bad guys, bombs, the enemy. These dogs are hero's!
Then Police have dogs shepard, labs, and now pit bulls. All these dogs are trained to do a job and that is to protect.
There are dogs trained for individuals for all different kinds of ailments from diabetes to PTSD.
I am asking for people to really think about this, if we took pit bull pups and professional trainers put them in the school with the children so that the pups grew up with children and bonded close and the trainers trained in a way that would protect our children from these not only school shooters but the pedophile, the kidnappers. Don't you think it would make sense?
Not only that but I bet kids behavior in school would improve.
The dogs would be kind to the children, trained to protect them from unwanted intruders.
Dogs can help the children in many other areas as well this is just the beginning.
Reason for the pitbull is they are smart, they can be trained to protect from more than just shooters!
