Cut the VAT Rate For All Small and Large Business

The VAT Rate of 20% is crippling small and large business alike. Every three months trying to pay this ridiculous rate of VAT is extremely difficult in a country where the economy is still recovering. Business would thrive if the VAT rate was cut. Isn't it enough that we are providing a service and creating jobs? I have spoken to various businesses who feel they are being squeezed due to the high VAT rate.
