The protection of children, the safeguarding of civil liberties, and the preservation of our Christian and democratic values must remain the highest priority in all environmental and planning approval processes. No development should proceed where there is reasonable concern about potential risks to community safety, social stability, or public trust, and full transparency and meaningful community consultation are essential before any decision is made.
