Linn County, Iowa Landowners are experiencing bullying by National opposition groups, astroturfing local communities with misinformation about large-scale solar farms.

Replacing nuclear power with solar power is the goal.

The program landowners want to be a part of is 100% voluntary.

Landowners should be able to put whatever they want on their land as long as it does not violate any local, state, or federal regulations. Linn County also has a comprehensive permitting process for industrial-scale solar see https://www.linncounty-ia.gov/1525/Solar-Farms
