Petition to Declare Independence from Washington D.C. and Create a Fair, Compassionate, and Thriving Nation!

Dear Fellow Citizens,

We, the undersigned, believe it is time to break free from the outdated, corrupt, and neglectful policies of Washington D.C. and establish a new nation where fairness, compassion, and common sense reign. We call for sweeping reforms that protect our rights, support our communities, and promote true progress. Join us in making this vision a reality!

Our Bold Vision for Independence:

• Reproductive Rights & Healthcare for All: Guarantee unrestricted abortion rights and comprehensive healthcare, including dental and vision, free from interference.

• Support for Small Landlords & Business Owners: End rent control on mom-and-pop landlords, allow lease terminations at landlords' discretion, and provide dedicated apartment managers. No more large membership fees for state parks—like Sullivan Canyon— which should serve the public, not be exclusive country clubs. Transform Sullivan Canyon into a therapeutic horse riding center with horse boarding.

• Special Needs & Mental Health: Provide free mental health counseling for all, especially for people and seniors who fake illnesses or injuries to seek unnecessary attention. Offer counseling and supervision for parents and older siblings of special needs adults who mistreat or enslave them, making them pretend to be more disabled or isolating them from friends. Until stability is achieved, the caregivers will supervise the family members of the special needs adult.

• Service & Emotional Support Animals: Regulate service dogs for veterans and disabled individuals by requiring ID pictures on vests or collars—fines for faking service animals. Eliminate Emotional Support Dogs, which are often misused as pets, and enforce penalties for those misusing handicapped parking spaces, including ambulance abuse (ambulances may use handicapped spots only during real emergencies).

• Healthcare & Dentistry: Ban dentists who treat special needs patients as sculptures or falsely tell them they are Hollywood celebrities, especially after veneers that impair speech or cause harm. If a doctor refuses to refer a special needs patient to a qualified dentist after mistreatment, they will lose their license. Patients who are victims will receive free mental health counseling.

• Support for Families & Veterans: Offer free hotel stays for families with special needs children or adults. Regulate work hours in the film and movie industry, especially for set designers and managers. Close websites like Global Penfriends and stop the proliferation of frivolous videos, such as feeding real food to dolls.

• Public Safety & Justice: Tighten regulations on service and emotional support animals, enforce fines for misuse of handicapped parking, and only allow ambulances to park in handicapped spots during true emergencies. Ban tariffs on goods to lower costs. End ICE raids and arrests of people of color without cause.

• Urban & Rural Development: Remove private stables from all state parks, including Sullivan Canyon, which should be dedicated to public use and therapeutic riding instead of being a country club. Open animal control 24/7. Prohibit loud construction after 5 p.m. to protect residents.

• Transportation & Environment: Promote hybrid cars and expand community-based programs like therapeutic horseback riding in state parks. Prioritize environmental protections and clean energy.

• Democratic Reforms & Governance: Implement ranked-choice voting, eliminate political parties, and prevent celebrities from running for office. Elect all government officials—Supreme Court justices, Congress, President, and Vice President—by the people.

• Relocation & National Unity: Move the capital to the historic Four Corners Region, symbolizing a fresh start and unity across our nation.
