Opt Up Arcata! Choose 100% Renewables

With the new community aggregation program, every household in Arcata will have the ability to opt up to 100% renewable electricity for only an extra 1 cent/kWh. That comes out to an average of only $5 extra per month for a household!

Take this pledge to opt up to help reduce our community carbon emissions and send a clear message that we want renewables now! Nationally only 1% of households choose to opt up. Our goal is to reach at least 25% in Arcata. We can do it. This drive is part of Envision Arcata, a project of the Sunnybrae Earth Sangha.

 I pledge to opt up to the REpower Plus plan by calling the Redwood Coast Energy Authority at 800–931– 7232.  I am doing this to help reduce my carbon footprint and to send a message that I support a shift to 100% renewable electricity in Arcata.
