The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance.
HAARP antennas are spread out across the planet, and the ones in Balkans are located in Serbia in the area surrounding the capital city Belgrade. We have reasons to believe that these antennas are responsible for the weather change in Balkans. It caused Anomalous Flooding in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. Many people died, lost their homes and families. Not only that they've caused floods, also they're changing weather form day to day. For example, Weather in October was different (colder) before the HAARP was included in Balkans.
We have to stop this, or this project will destroy Balkan. Who knows, maybe next year it'll cause drought or even bigger floods.
