Josie was recently surrendered to the Mr. Mo Project after years of abuse and neglect. Although doctors in the ICU did everything they could, it was impossible to reverse 15 years of extensive damage done to her tiny 4lb body. In her final days, the students at the NC State vet school gave her more love than she has ever had in her entire life.
