KEEP THE MURALS

The City wants to remove our beautiful art by Claudia Labianca and we are fighting back appealing the resolution.

We believe they contribute to the character of MiMo District; they reflect positive messages. and after all, the City’s argument is that they want things that reflect what it was used and that reflects the 30’ and 40’ era. MURALS were the MOST used signs to promote businesses those years and that is exactly what we are doing. Our murals reflect and promote diversity, outdoor activities, empower women and healthy lifestyle.

The artist: Claudia La Bianca is an American Street Artist who grew up in Sicily and now lives in Miami.
Claudia has made a recognizable mark in the art world. Most known for street art in the Wynwood arts district, where her murals are flourishing around every corner as well as in NY, Philly, LA and Europe.
