A significant portion of European and American Government leaders, and International Corporation Leaders are dominated by personalities and cliques that have lost empathy conscience and care. These leaders have detached themselves from other humans.

The solution is
to use socio/pyscho pathological profiling and screening at elementary school age onwards through the education of the youth. This screening is fundamental for a humanistic organisation to form. to prevent such mentalities from going into public service. Those with pathology could be guided into lifestyles which would not be so damaging to human leadership.
