We are all aware by now that Billy Joe Gregg Jr has been arrested and is in jail on 12 counts of animal cruelty at Conklin Dairy Farm.
We are also aware that his boss and owner of the farm, Gary Conklin is also seen, however briefly, kicking a cow violently in the face, yet no charges against him have been filed. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Conklin released a statement saying " "Our family takes the care of our cows and calves very seriously. The video shows animal care that is clearly inconsistent with the high standards we set for our farm and its workers, and we find the specific mistreatment shown on the video to be reprehensible and unacceptable." The problem with this statement is that Conklin, himself, is shown in the disturbing video repeatedly kicking a cow!

He obviously condoned and encouraged Billy Joe Gregg Jr's behavior.Please sign this petition so we can see justice for the innocent cows that were tortured under Gary Conklin's care. HE NEEDS TO BE IN PRISON and you can help put him there.
Dear Officers of the Law,
We are all greatful that the biggest contributor to the animal abuse at the Conklin Dairy Farm has been arrested and is currently in jail under the hefty bond of $100.000. We commend you.
However, the owner of said farm, Gary Conklin, who is also caught on video abusing the cows and condoning his employess to do the same is still a free man and has yet to be charged. We feel this is an egregious error and must be rectified now. Gary Conklin must not escape his due punishment. He MUST be arrested and charged with Animal Abuse and cruelty. We need to send a message that even those in a position of power and money will be held accountable for their crimes. Not just the workers.
