Catholics Against Elena Kagan

Given Solicitor General Elena Kagan's horrific record as a pro-abortion advocate, and proponent of same-sex marriage, Roman Catholics in the United States--using authentic Church teaching as their guide--have a moral obligation to oppose her nomination to the Supreme Court.  We, the undersigned, urge the Senate Judiciary Committee and the entire Senate to reject confirmation of Kagan.
