This very simple practice not only gives us more Nourishing & affordable Foods, but we are also Learning about Natural Laws, Cycles, Composting, Recycling & the importance of cultivating Health of Mind, Body & Spirit with Responsible, Compassionate Deeds towards Self, Earth & All Life Within, also helps improve Quality of Life Here on Earth ! ! ! ! !
