Introduce Legislation to Return the Publics Right to Utilize Public Lands for the Purposes that they were Originally Intended.
 

This Legislation should include ALL State and Federal Legislatures and Agencies, and must stop the ability to enact Regulations, or Laws that will diminish the public's ability to utilize the Public Lands for the purposes they were originally established for. 

Various Agencies of the U.S. Government such as the USDA Forestry Service, State & Federal Enironmental Protection Agencies, State Departments of Fish & Game, State and Federal Water Quality Management Agencies, to name a few, are overstepping their authority and/or trying to introduce new regulations that would expand their authority over many activities on Public Lands.

Thomas Jefferson said it best:

"All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression."
