Release Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince earlier
Okay, so Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince will be shown on July 17. Problem is, in my country (Philippines), we have school and most of us are like really excited for it. I mean in America, it's probably summer on July so they have like months to think about the movie before school starts and for us we only get one day to think about it because we have school work and stuff like that. So I think it's not really fair. Someone made a petition about showing Twilight earlier in the Philippines and our wish was granted but it was Summit Media who did it. And right now, I'm asking Warner Bros. to make the showing of Harry Potter earlier than July 17, 2009.
And it's not only the Philippines who wants Harry Potter to show earlier but other countries who has a lot of HP fanatics. We've been dying since last year to watch it and were disappointed to see that all of us will have to wait for July!
So I ask all of you Harry Potter fans to please sign this petition, I appreciate each single signature, thanks!
We the undersigned, would like you to show Harry Potter earlier than July 17 in my country and in other countries as well. You see, Summit Media showed Twilight earlier than the due date because of a petition just like this and I'm asking the same for you.
In the Philippines, we have school on July so it's not fair, we only get one day to think about the movie because of school and in America, its summer there and they have like a month to think about the movie.
But the issue is not about America or my country.
All of us, Harry Potter fans, has been dying to watch the movie since last year when you were supposed to show it November 2008 but unfortunately, moved it.
We all want you to kindly move it earlier, if possible. We appreciate all the hard work done just for the movie and thank you for taking your time reading this letter.
