Demand for charge reduction

Many illegal drug laws only effect minorities in California,my goal is to automatically make very small amounts of drugs misdemeanors,regardless of the circumstances surrounding the case,for example is it fair that I serve 4 years for having less than 1.0 grams of cocaine sales that couldn't be proven was sales,while another offender that was selling gets off with a drug diversion program for alot more drugs 28.5 grams,simply because he had a history of using drugs,this will allow many 1 time California prison offenders like myself a second chance at a clean slate,clear of any felony
