Home Owners Association Villages of Plantations issuses with HOA Board

As members of the Village of Plantations home owners association there are several issues that need to be addressed concerning things that are taking place in our neighborhood that are creating problems that can corrected before the get completely out of hand. We would like an accounting of how our HOA fees are being spent. Also we would like the have a monthly expense and income statement sent to us. This is a request that this be done monthly to each homeowner, j

At this time do we have a landscaping committee to oversee the issues concerning the landscaping in our neighborhood. The people on this committee should have a knowledge of landscaping and how to properly take care to see that our neighborhood is safe and appealing to all who live here.

We the below would like to have a meeting of the homeowners to discuss these issues that are making our neighborhood unhappy with the way things are being done . we are all adults and do not need a dictator telling what and how to do things
