Currently the Stonewood HOA does not allow Presidential Composition roofing materials. The current requirement mandates that residents in this HOA must use either metal roofing or tile roofing. Which have a much higher cost and warranty than GAF roofing materials. Our mission is to get enough signatures to put a sense of urgency for the board to reconsider this outdated by-law.
