Breckenridge county schools has issued some new rules in which medal detectors will be added into the school and that all students must pass through one of the medal detectors before entering the school as well as students are no longer allowed to carry their backpacks to class with them it is also forbidden for student to exit or enter through the side doors of the building these rules were made because it is the schools job to keep the students safe however the schools main job is to educate the students in an environment that the feel comfortable to learn in and these rules are causin the students to be uncomfortable when working which is why I have come up with this petition to abolish the new rules added by the board of education. If it is impossible to abolish all of the rules I will be willing to compromise by getting rid of the no backpacks rule but keeping the medal detectors
