Lessen the amount of ignored legal cases

Intentional crimes centered on disrupting the lives of individuals. Hospital emergency room unlawful and unethical abuse of power. Staff took advantage of a person pregnant asking for help. This group followed their own rules instead of code of conduct. After years of mental turmoil, the individual contacted someone only to be told statute of limitation lapse. I would like to bring justice into the open courtroom and have the hospital stafff follow a procedure related to the law instead of their own interpretation of it.
