Rep Cummings was treated shamefully by Rep Darryl Issa, Chairman of the House of Represntatives, when he shut down the "IRS SCANDAL" hearing (unnecessary since the putative scandal has been explored 'ad nauseam' and resolved), refusing to let any Democrat speak and abruptly cutting off the microphone of Rep Cummings when he attempted to make a point and ask a question!
