Motion to Recall and Remove The Tunica Biloxi Tribal Council

We, the majority of The Tunica Biloxi Tribe of Lousiana, motion to recall and remove the current tribal council based on evidence of criminal activity including but not limited to:

- Theft 
- Embezzlement
- Misapplication of Tribal Funds
- Collusion
- Retaliation and Retribution
- Tampering of Election Ballots
- Illegal enrollment of at least 65 non tribal members
- Conspiracy

In addition, we are concerned with the lack of innovative development in the tribal government due to misuse of tribal funds by the current council and ask the Department of Interior for immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
