United Nations International Animals Emergency Fund.

Whereas, animals are being tortured, neglected, slaughtered, and abused all over the world,

And whereas, countless types of wildlife is threatened with extinction by human beings,

And whereas, it is the duty of all nations and human beings to protect animals,

We the undersigned humbly request that the United Nations establish an independent agency consisting of all its member nations dedicated to protecting animals of every type.
