Cnas are under paid. Our job is very difficult. We take care of patients and grow bonds with patients, feeding them, bathing them, grooming them ,changing them ,lifting them helping them with exercises (ROM), doing there hair taking care and running errands for patients, catering to their every need. Cnas make sure the elderly or disabled are well taking care of ,why are mcdondals workers making what were making and were certified.? Can we raise cna pay starting at 12.00 an hour. It's what we deserve.
