Take back what's mine

The issue at hand is how Co parenting is supposed to work with there are people who play the field because of who they know and how much money they have! I want a fair stance at me having custody of my son his father is ill mannered and ridiculous at times. He uses fear and intimidating gestures on my child. He forces someone who is not his mother to uphold more say so and it's unfair. I carried that child nine months five days I felt and watch him grow inside of me and this person who hasent a heart so black and evil doesn't deserve to destroy anything else that's precious and innocent.
