HE MUST GO NOW!

Help remove the verbally, abusive resident from "The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk", now!  This action is important because, this person is not mentally fit to live around normal or civilized people. He harms people with words from his mouth! He lives as a resident at "The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk" in Atlantic City, NJ, 08401. He will approach people inside the apartment building of "The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk", and others outside the building, on the Boardwalk or beach. He assaults his victims with curse words, and calling  them names: using the "N" or "B" words and others. He does not care if you are a senior citizen, mother with children, females or young children. He only targets  people of color. He does this to have someone harm him so he can sue them or have them sent to jail. This is not freedom of speech it is blatant entrapment and verbal abuse towards people of color and harming innocent victims for a lifetime too.
