Justice for Carl

My grandson Carl Leggett Jr. Was the victim of Shaken baby syndrome at 5 1/2 months old by Terry Lee Stiles 204 Erkenbrecher Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45215. Terry had punched my little grandson in his head twice and then shook him. Terry who is NOT Carl's father, went to prison for 8 years for Assault. 14 years later my grandson Carl died on May 18, 2019 because of what Terry did to him as an infant. Terry now walks the streets free has had a child of his own and another child on the way. He is an habitual abuser he has a restraining order against him from his first child's mother. He should not be allowed to walk the streets let alone procreate. He did not respect the life of my beautiful grandson and should be back behind bars before another child or person becomes his next victim.
There needs to be harsher punishments for the people who hurt babies. 8 years in prison is NOT ENOUGH. He took an innocent life. Carl Never got the chance to become the man he should have gotten to be because of Terry. If someone hurts a child and causes brain damage then the person that child was meant to be is gone forever and 8 years is not a fair sentence to the victim who spends their life in a prison of their own body with nothing but pain and suffering.
More time is given to drug dealer or tax evaders than to a person who hurts a child.
This Monster needs to be back behind bars asap. He should not have another day of freedom. I want my grandson's MURDERER back in prison. That would be a start on the Justice for Carl.
