reopening of resident restrooms on floor one

The restrooms on floor one have always been open for our use. We need them open when we are outside or using the laundry facilities, or the Large Fellowship Room. Having to check out a key from the Office is an unreasonable procedure. We are a community which includes a majority of elderly, disabled, and /or medically fragile persons. We only ask for the return of the facilities we have always needed.
