Stop Foreclosures Now!!!

Demand that the president place a two year moratorium on foreclosures immediately.  Demand that Congress require modification of all mortgages:The mortgage shall not exceed 90% of the current fair market value with the remainder of the mortgage forgiven.The mortgage shall not exceed 6% APR.Payments cannot exceed 33% of income.Require investigation and dismantling of our financial institutions that are too big to fail.
