Stop taking the Children away from their mother's for no reason

I have been a Domestic Violence victim since 2004 when Ibecame pregant with my daughter and her father beat me when I was 12 weeks along. Yes I left and at that time he vowed to take my daughter from me. Well 2 1/2 years later he did with the help of my daughter's godfather's new wife and my daughter's father's girlfriend who just so happens to work for CPS in Maryland. When we went to court the judges did not care about the pass abuse because he works for the ferdal goverment and was able to get my daughter and make it to where I can not see her untill I file a paper in the Courts well this case is not closed its in the appeals court. He vowed to take her but knowone wanted to listen and this is all over child support. My daughter is not living with him she is living with the girlfriend and he is with his wife of 16 years. The State of Maryland finds this cute and ok. It's not going to stop untill we get it stoped.  I need your help sigining this petition so I can take it with me to Congress and tell them not to stop the funding here in America for are Domestic Violence Centers like they want to take all the money. As for I had no place to trun.
