Shoppers are fearfull of using the town as the pavements are not wide enough for 2 people to pass each other without having to step onto the road.
Suggestion is widen pavements to a safe width with traffic lights through single lane. Or.
Pedestrianise the entire Street from the entrance of Three Salmons Car Park to the bridge over Usk River. With a Bypass along the old railway line at the back of town.
