I just read the story of "Tank" the Rottweiler who is being hit with a pipe twice daily by a man on a bike. Apparently Harvey County Kansas animal Welfare and the police department are refusing to respond. I will make sure a light is shined on these two departments by national Animal Welfare Organizations if something is not done to protect this dog "Tank" Believe me my word is my honor.

On behalf of "Tank" I thank you kind, empathetic, humane citizens of the world. You concern for this one dog proves that we are not so different when it comes to saying "This must stop now!" to any type of abuse, neglect and abandonment of not only animals who are so often the target of hateful sociopaths but children and the elderly.
We who chose to do "The right thing" exist in this confused and cruel world.

Hello to all of you who cared enough to sign this petition on behalf of "Tank" On Monday I will call the Howard County Sheriff's Department again and push for a response from the Sheriff T. Walton. His secretary was surprised to no end when I explained that I was calling from NM on behalf of "Tank"

Two days and no word from Harvey County Sheriff or under Sheriff. I left my home phone and email and requested he call me Immediately collect and/or call me and I would call him back. No contact from the sheriff who is ignoring reports that this man has been harassing "Tank" for one year.

I spoke with the sheriff's office in Harvey County Kentucky (Newton) to let him know that two petitions are circulating on Tank's behalf and that this sweet dogs plight is now known nationally.
