Stop Petstores from selling Dogs and Cats from Puppy Mills

Have you every been to a Petstore and they are selling dogs or cats? Well if you have all of those dogs are from "Puppy Mills". (Some Petstores do have rescues come on certain days) If you do not know what a  Puppy Mill is then keep reading. Puppy Mills are basically a place for dogs and cats live. They are kept in  horrific conditions. These dogs and cats are kept in wired cages and are never allowed to come out until they die, and most of them die because of the conditions they live in. They are showed no love or affection, they don't groom their hair, cut there nails or even simply  refill their water and food. The sad thing is that the people working the Puppy Mills force them to breed, all these people see in these animals that we know as our loving companions or even mans best friend are there next pay check and they are basically money makers for these awful people. I would love to pass a law for Florida and all of the states to only let Petstores sell rescue dog and cats. If you didn't know already California already pasted this law. If you agree please sign.
