Reinstate the Belle Fair Shuttle

Neighbors,

On 11/22/17, the Members of the Belle Fair HOA received notice of action taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors which was held on 11/21/17. The result of that meeting and action was the elimination of the shuttle to/from the train.

This is unfortunate as the full board was NOT in attendance, and had they been, this motion would not have passed.  Certain board has subsequently requested to re-hold the vote, but have been meet with in-action by the board president.  The shuttle continues to increase its ridership and revenue while decreasing the costs to the HOA and we believe the community would prefer to have it continue to run.  The cost of the shuttle was previously in the budget that was approved, so this last minute disappearance has been very concerning to many.

These concerned residents of Belle Fair believe the shuttle is crucial for those who ride the shuttle, as well as all homeowners who are concerned about home values and attracting buyers to Belle Fair.

We are looking for your support to have it reinstated.
