Freeze all Walter Palmer's assets

Palmer is the kind of person who surely has no compassion, no ethics, no morality. He lives for and by money only. Although already sentenced for illegal hunting (USD 3000), he did not take the warning seriously and could still afford 50K to perpetrate a crime in Africa. The only way to stop him for further criminal activities, as apparently he will escape any conviction, is to hit him where it really hurts: his wallet. Confiscating all his assets and not letting him gain new ones by practicing a lucrative job (dentistry) is the only way to put an end to his criminal activities.
