Stop the adds on the news page

Most weekends there are lots and lots of non-news on the news pages, which are being posted by robots, as they do not have a membership that shown up when you try and find out the person that is doing this.
Its time that Care2 to put a stop to this, and got the new page, back to be being just for news.
