Expand the Boerum Hill Land Mark District, NOW!

We the undersigned support the expansion of the existing Boerum Hill Historic District and urge the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to calendar and to designate the expansion of the existing district. The contemplated expansion of the district   includes:

Buildings on north and south Atlantic Avenue between Nevins and Hoyt Streets;

Residential properties on the north side of Pacific Street between Hoyt and Bond Streets;

Residential properties on the north and south sides of State Street between Nevins and Hoyt Streets;

Regularizing the existing district by adding residential properties on Bergen and Wyckoff Streets between Nevins and Bond Streets.
