Save the whales from the pratice of whaling. Thousands of whales are being slaughtered for 'scientific research'. Whales are harpooned with explosive grenades and they can take an hour to die. Soon, if whaling doesn't end, whales will be extinct. Whales are serene, beatuiful animals, and it is wrong to kill them in such barbaric ways. Save the whales from this torment!
We the undersigned, believe that whaling is very unnessacary. The hunting techinques used to kill the whales are very inhumane and suffering. The whales must endure pain before finally getting killed.
We ask to spare these whale's lives. They are highly intelligence, and play a large part of the underwater ecosystem. The whale and dolphin meat is very high in mercury, and bad for your health. Blue Whale meat is too polluted to eat, and is very bad for you.
For yours, and the whale's safety we ask that you please end the brutal slaughtering of these gentle giants. It is very important that they stay away from extinction. Over 99% of some whale species are already
reduced.
