Kentucky Humane Animal Welfare Act

This Petition will be placed on the 2019 elections, This petition asks for the banning in the State of Kentucky of, The Euthanization of Healthy Adoptable Animals by Shelters, Chaining, Tethering animals for more than 1 Hour per Day and Bans Chaining, and Tethering during inclimate weather in temperatures below 40 degrees. It asks that Animal Abuse, Cruelty, Torture, Fighting, Rescues for Monetary gain, Puppy Mills, Sale of Animals to Pet Stores by unauthorized Breeders, Neglect, Beastility and Death of an animal be a Class A Felony. This Petition also asks for Humane treatment and Protection of Farm Animals by banning the sale of Beef, Pork, Veal, Poultry and Eggs from Animals that have been kept in Cages, Crates, Warehoused, and ask for Protection and Safety during Transport and Humane treatment at Packing and Processing facilities
