Take Support Workers out of tax

Most Support Workers working in Social Care supporting and safeguarding the most vulnerable in society are having to work 60 hours plus a week to make ends meet. this is effecting workers' health and best practice. The increase in pension contributions has off set the increase in national living wage. I purpose to rise the threshold for support workers for when they start paying tax
