Demand solutions from Wilderness Systems for defective kayak seat!

Wilderness Systems has experienced a problem with the AirPro MAX seat on their Ride model kayaks. This has been a widely known defect in the seat that causes the seat to pop out from the track and the kayaker to potentially capsize the boat. In the wrong conditions, this could cause injury and/or drowning. Wilderness Systems has sent out a temporary fix but has not successfully manufactured a permanent fix as promised. As someone who has spent well over $1000 for this kayak (with the defective seat being an expensive upgrade), I demand Wilderness Systems to make this right. I propose this petition to force Wilderness Systems to send those affected by this defect a removable/sliding seat and to be reimbursed for the cost of the upgrade.
