Air conditioning in our school system

Our Parma City Schools currently have no air conditioning and I believe that the temperature inside the building is not only effecting the students mental state but also their health. I have 2 boys in elementary school, one in 3rd grade and one in 1st at Green Valley Elementary School in Parma, Ohio and when they get out of school they are physically and mentally drained. There is talk of the school year possibly even starting earlier and I really feel that the school needs to be prepared for warm/hot weather conditions.
