Demand a stop to Harrasment and unlawful use to our privacy

We currently have a resident in our entrance who consistently records license plate numbers , takes photographs of cars , screams and harrases fellow residents and visitors .
On multiple occasions this man has called the paradise police making wrongful accusations on many residents and visitors . He is always harassing by yelling an questioning citizens who enter the park .
With his actions I believe it is completely against our rights , we should not have to worry about coming into our residency and knowing this man is taking pictures and documenting how long we have been gone and who is visiting us .
