Shrink the Michigan Football Student Section

If you are a Michigan football fan unfortunately you are used to witnessing a 75% full student section at kickoff. This position is to alert the Michigan athletic department to the problems of student apathy. The athletic department should reserve those seats that end up unfilled and unused for fans willing to donate to the university and show up on time for football games. By reserving seats for those willing to show up on time, you will create a more intimidating game environment.
