Demand a solution to the Marist College parking CHAOS, Now!

Should we be forced to walk home from "overflow" parking when we feel unsafe and uncomfortable because Marist College issued too many permits? Is it fair that staff is issued parking passes closest to some residence halls and use it between daylight times were the campus is booming? Is it fair that it is the students who are forced to walk a far distance in fear of a $25 ticket? Should students be held accountable for Marist College issuing more parking permits that parking spots? Should students be forced to pay $25-75 dollars because Marist decided to issue too many permits? Why are we held responsible for what seems to be Marist College's mistake? I am furious, are you? Heres a simple solution:
Issue parking tickets ONLY to vehicles without a parking permit
Allow vehicles with parking permits to park anywhere on campus
It is not our mistake and we should not be forced to walk a long distance when we feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Fix it next semester, do not endanger the lives of the current Marist students
